VENDITA
1 - I
prezzi si
intendono IVA
inclusa.
2 - La merce è resa
franco nostro
stabilimento.
3 - A carico del committente
restano tutti
i rischi.
4 - Per la realizzazione di pavimenti - rivestimenti i materiali
vengono forniti per
unità di mq,
a metri lineari, a singoli pezzi.
5 - La merce viaggia a
rischio e
pericolo del
Committente anche
se venduta
franco destino e non
viene assicurata
se non
a spese
e per
espresso ordine del
Committente stesso.
6 - Non si garantiscono per
il completamento
di ordini già
evasi precedentemente,
le stesse tonalità di
colore e
lo stesso
calibro.
7 - Una certa non uniformità di
colore costituisce
la prova che
si tratta
di elementi
di produzione artigianale e
non industriale.
8 - Non si accettano reclami
di qualsiasi
genere per materiali già posati
o trascorsi otto
giorni dalla consegna.
9 - Per i pavimenti e i rivestimenti attenersi
scrupolosamente ai
consigli di
posa in opera
che saranno suggeriti al momento della consegna con apposita
documentazione allegata.
10- Trattandosi di prodotti interamente fatti a mano, le indicazioni di
dimensioni dei lati e gli spessori sono nominali.
11-CONSEGNE ITALIA : La merce verrà consegnata in contrassegno tramite
Pacco Posta Celere3 con addebito delle relative spese che sono così
quantizzate: € 9,20 IVA Compresa fino a 30kg. Nel caso il
destinatario si renda irreperibile per due volte le spese aggiuntive
saranno addebitate in contrassegno. Per le spedizioni all'estero
contattateci prima di inviare l'ordine.
12- I prodotti essendo artigianali potrebbero non essere disponibili, in
tal caso il cliente verrà contattato per ulteriori informazioni.
13- TUTELA DELLA PRIVACY: Ogni volta che viene compilato il modulo
d'ordine si acconsente secondo l'articolo 10 della legge 675/96 del
31/12/1996 al trattamento dei dati personali ai soli fini commerciali,
fiscali ed informativi inerenti la nostra attività.
14- DIRITTO DI RECESSO: Il consumatore che intende recedere
dall'acquisto secondo il D.L.22 maggio 1999 n.185, deve far valere il
suo diritto entro dieci giorni dal ricevimento della merce inviando una
raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento contenente: la volontà di
avvalersi di questo beneficio,l'indicazione del prodotto, la copia del
modulo acquisti compilato per l'ordine, i dati relativi al proprio conto
corrente bancario (Istituto,agenzia, n.C.C., ABI, CAB ecc.) al
seguente indirizzo: CERAMICHE ARTISTICHE SANTILLO MARTINELLI, Via
Cantone Sannitico, 38. 81010 PRATA SANNITA (CE).
15- Per qualsiasi controversia viene eletto il Foro di Santa Maria Capua
Vetere ( CE ).

for units of mq,to linear metres,with single pieces

5-The goods travel to risk and danger of the buyer even if sold free
destiny and it is secured at expense and order of the buyer.
6-We don’t guarantee,for the completion of fugitive orders,same
tonalities of the color and
the same calibre.
7-A certain not uniformity of color shows that we use elements of
craftmade production and not industrial
.
8-We don’t accept complaints of any kind for materials already passed
eight days from the delivery
.
9-For pavements and coverings,you follow advices of the laying which we
will advise during the delivery with special enclosed documentation.
10-Treating handmade products,indications of dimensions of the sides and
thickness are nominal
.
11-DELIVERIES:
For
the consignments to foreign countries contact us before sending the
order.
12- The handicraft products
wouldn't be available;
in
this case the client will be contacted for further information.
13-TUTELAGE OF
PRIVACY:
Every time that the form of order
is filled up,the client consents according to the article 10 of the law
675/96 of 31/12/1996 to the treatment of the personal data
to the commercial, fiscal and informative aims inherent in our
activity.
14-RIGHT OF RECESS:
The
consumer that intends to give up the purchase according to the D.L.22
May 1999 n.185 must to assert one’s right within ten days from receipt
of the goods sending a registered letter with return receipt containing:
the wish to make use of this benefit,the information of
product, the copy of the form of order, the data related to own
bank current account (Bank,agency, n.C.C., ABI, CAB etc.) to the

15-For any controversy is
